Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if it’s not quite right, we offer returns for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

You may return your item for a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • Return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • The garment is free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, and damage

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

 

Exchanges: 

We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style. If the item you’re after is unavailable, we’ll offer you a refund instead.

 

Faulty Items:

If you’ve received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at Havanaboutique.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We’ll prioritize your return and cover any associated shipping costs.
