Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable express shipping on all orders:

  • Australia (Domestic):
    Flat rate of $15 AUD – Express Shipping
    Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • New Zealand:
    Flat rate of $25 AUD – Express Shipping
    Tracking and delivery updates provided.

  • International (Europe, Canada, USA):
    Flat rate of $50 AUD – Express Shipping
    Please allow additional time for customs clearance depending on your region.

    For international customers:
    Customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are not included in the shipping cost and may be charged upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

     

Processing:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

Please note: During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out promptly.

If you’ve selected in-store pickup at checkout:

  • Orders will be ready from the next business day

  • You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready to collect

  • Please bring your confirmation email and matching photo ID to collect your order

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Thursday, 10am–5pm

 

Lost or Missing Parcels: 

Once your parcel has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. While delays are rare, they can occur—especially during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

If you believe your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please reach out to us at Havanaboutique.store@gmail.com , and we’ll assist in tracking or lodging an inquiry where possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.
